Famous Vada Pav exists for one job: to fry a proper batata vada, toast a ladi pav, and put green chutney on thick enough to sting. That is Mumbai’s most loved street sandwich. It is what we will serve at Wembley Central, London HA0.

What we believe
Street food is not a “UK twist” on a recipe that was already finished. We did not come to London to make vada pav nicer. We came to make it true: fried to order, garlic that is not polite, pav that is still warm.
